For one of our clients – a Production Holding with leading positions in the Light Industry we are looking for an experienced and reliable professional for the position of:

Production Organizer


Main responsibilities:
• Coordinates and controls the production processes;
• Manages and optimizes the production flows;
• Plans, organizes and coordinates the activities of the owned production units;
• Participates in the development of the business strategy of the company;
• Manages the processes of long and short term planning of the production capacity;
• Proposes investments for optimization of the processes and widening the capacity of the owned production units;
• Coordinates and manages the interactions with the rest of the departments in the company;
• Creates the necessary standards and processes for results assessment and delivers the information to the Managing Board;
• Supports the coordination of product development and mass production;
• Organizes and is responsible for KPIs development and implementation as well as their update corresponding to company’s goals;
• Resolves technological and technical issues that may arise in the production process;
• Assures relevant quality of the finished products;
• Develops the skills and qualification of the direct reports.

Requirements:
• Higher technical education, preferably in the area of textile technology;
• Practical experience and know-how for organization and management of the production processes;
• Well-developed organization and management skills.
